Products & Services

Sweet Bumble Kids offers both digital products and made-to-order physical products, including apparel, blankets, stationery, calendars, banners, plush items, and related goods.

All product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that colors or appearances will be identical across all devices.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and are intended for personal use only unless otherwise stated.

All digital product sales are final. Once a digital product has been delivered, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not available.

Unauthorized redistribution, resale, or sharing of digital files is strictly prohibited.

Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in the applicable currency at checkout. Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed.
By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method. We NEVER store your card details — we’re not that nosy 😉 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability issues.

Shipping & Delivery

Digital Products – No Refunds Once downloaded, digital products (PDFs, printables, clip art, etc.) are FINAL SALE. No refunds. No returns. No take-backs. 👉 Please double-check before you click “Buy” — we can’t undo downloads.


 Physical Products – Physical products are made to order., we don’t accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size
  • Color change of heart
  • “I didn’t mean to buy this”
  • “It didn’t match my living room decor” 

BUT — if your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error (like a wonky print or torn seam), we’ll fix it! ✅ Email us within 30 days + send a clear picture → we’ll send a replacement or refund. 🚫 No need to return the item unless we ask.

Digital products are non-refundable.
Physical products are eligible for reprint or refund only in cases of damage or manufacturing defects reported within 30 days of delivery, with photo evidence.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including designs, graphics, text, and digital files, is the intellectual property of Sweet Bumble Kids and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Sweet Bumble Kids is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our website or products. All products are provided “as is” and “as available.”

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

 Gift Cards 🍯

Our gift cards are little bundles of joy — but they do have rules:

  • Gift cards can’t be redeemed for cash

  • They can’t be transferred, resold, or refunded

  • Lost your code? Oh no 😬
    Unfortunately, we can’t recover lost or deleted gift card codes, so please keep that email safe and cozy in your inbox 📧

Uploading Your Own Designs or Photos📸

Ordering something custom? Yay! When you upload photos, artwork, or designs, you confirm and warrant that:

  • You own the rights to the content or have permission to use it

  • You’re not using our service to resell or impersonate another brand

  • Your content doesn’t infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or anyone else’s creative buzz

By uploading your content, you give us permission to:

  • Use it only to create your product

  • Occasionally share it on our website or social media for showcasing purposes (we’ll always give credit where it’s due 💛)

No stealing. No funny business. Just honest creativity.

Prohibited Use

We love kindness, creativity, and good vibes. Please don’t:

  • Sending spam, fraudulent inquiries, or unsolicited communications

  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems

  • Selling, distributing, or commercially exploiting our digital products without explicit written permission

  • Uploading or transmitting harmful, offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate content

  • Impersonating another individual or entity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if these terms are violated.
