If your item arrives damaged, defective, or we made a mistake on our end (like a printing error or the wrong size), we’ll make it right — full refund or replacement, no hard feelings.
- Please contact us within 30 days of purchase.
- Items should be unused and in the same condition you received them.
The "Double-Check" Details (Personalized Items)
Because our personalized journals, blankets, and apparel are made-to-order just for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Spelling or date errors provided during checkout.
- Incorrect size selection (please peek at our size charts before ordering!).
- Change of mind once the item has hummed off to our printers.

Once you place your order, we get busy in our hive 🐝
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before they take flight.

After buzzing out of our hands, your package should arrive in 2–5 business days.
Once it’s with the carrier, they take over the delivery dance — you can track it every five minutes or forget about it until it magically appears at your door. Both are totally valid 😉

- Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not possible once files are downloaded . Therefore, all sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy
