Before you hit “Buy” — we wanna make sure you’re totally in love with your order. Since we’re a cozy little print-on-demand + digital hive, our policies are a tiny bit different depending on what you’re snagging. No stress — we’ll break it down real simple, with extra sparkles ✨
🐝 Digital Products (PDFs, Printables, Clip Art, Activity Books, etc.) : Once it’s downloaded, it’s yours forever — no take-backs, no refunds. We know digital stuff is different — once it’s in your inbox or download folder, we can’t “take it back.”
So please double-check your order before finalizing! 💕 No refunds or exchanges allowed for digital products.
🧸Physical Products (Clothing, Blankets, Calendars, Banners, etc.):
Since everything is lovingly made-to-order just for you (no mass-produced junk here!), we don’t accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size
- Color you didn’t like
- Change of mind
- “Oops, I ordered the wrong design”
(We know… we’ve been there. 😅 But we’re all about avoiding heartbreak — so please check sizing charts & color swatches before clicking “Add to Cart”!)
But wait — we’re not heartless! If your physical item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error (like a wonky print, missing page, or messed-up stitching), we’ll fix it — no questions asked! 🎯

- 📸 Snap a clear photo of the issue (yes, even if it’s just a tiny smudge — we take it seriously!)
- Email us at support@sweetbumblekids.com
- You have 30 days from delivery date to report the issue
- We’ll send you a free reprint OR a full refund — your call!
